Lunar New Year Celebrated at Valley Fair

Westfield Valley Fair held a community festival on Feb. 8 celebrating the Lunar New Year. The event included traditional lion dances, calligraphy demonstrations, arts and crafts booths and additional live performances. The event was held in the J. Crew Court below the new dining terrace. Performances included several Chinese cultural artists, including the Far East Dragon Lion Dance Association (http://www.fedliondance.org/), ShanXi Drummers, Academy of Chinese Performing Arts (http://www.acpausa.com/), Team-M Taekwondo (http://www.mteam.net/), electric violinist CryWolffs (http://crywolffs.wix.com/crywolffs) and singer Flora Hui.
