I have had the pleasure of knowing Dominic Caserta for 10 years as his colleague at Santa Clara High School. Dominic is one of the most passionate teachers I have ever met. Dominic’s greatest strength is his unique ability to motivate his students. I have had numerous students talk about how Dominic makes government and economics come alive for them. They feel they have learned so much from having Dominic as their teacher.
Dominic also motivates his students to get involved in our Mission City. He empowers our students to believe that they have a voice and that they can make a difference. Dominic’s passion radiates and students that take his class become civic-minded citizens. Dominic’s amazing ability to empower and motivate our students is why I am enthusiastically supporting him for City Council.
