Dancing was the order of the night as the Sparkletones entertained what was considered the largest crowd ever at the City of Santa Clara’s Summer Concert Series on Wednesday, July 6. Wednesday was the last day for the Wednesday concerts, but the concerts will continue on Sunday afternoon. Getting into the music and beginning her dancing career is 18-month old Sophie. Sharing the dance is Sophie’s mother, Leslie. Sophie danced and smiled enough to let anyone nearby know that she thought the Sparkletones were the perfect band for the last Wednesday Concerts in the Park concert. Wednesday’s crowd was probably the largest ever at a Concerts in the Park. But the fun won’t stop as the concerts in the park will continue on Sunday afternoons.
