The City of Santa Clara has named Beyoncé Knowles-Carter the title of Honorary Mayor for Aug. 30, the day of her “Renaissance World Tour” concert at Levi’s Stadium. Beyoncé will also receive the Key to the City.
This marks her fifth appearance at Levi’s Stadium. Her previous performances include the 2018 “On the Run II Tour”, the “Formation Tour” in 2016 and her debut performance at the stadium during the Super Bowl 50 halftime show.
Beyoncé is an iconic figure in the world of music and culture and has captivated audiences worldwide with her exceptional talent, empowering messages and groundbreaking performances. As an artist and humanitarian, she has left an indelible mark on the global stage.
Beyoncé’s “Renaissance World Tour” promises to be a momentous event, and Santa Clara looks forward to hosting her and her dedicated fan base affectionally known as “The Bey Hive.”
