On July 26, 2013 at 3:59 a.m., Santa Clara Police officers responded to investigate the report of a sexual assault on the 2800 block of Homestead Road in Santa Clara. Police are still in the early stages of the investigation. With the current information, they believe a male adult entered through a bathroom window and sexually assaulted the victim.
Suspect Description:
- Male Adult
- 5’2″ to 5’4″ with a thin build.
- Possible facial hair
- Spoke broken English with an accent.
- He was wearing all dark clothing including:
- A dark beanie style hat
- Dark hooded sweatshirt
- Dark tank top
- Dark basketball style shoes
