Location:  Coleman Avenue and Highway 880

An officer observed a vehicle traveling on Saratoga Avenue with a large crack on the front windshield. The vehicle turned onto Highway 280 at an unusually high rate of speed, straddled two lanes for an extended period of time and made multiple rapid lane changes without signaling.

A Records check revealed the suspect was driving with a suspended driver’s license, was on two active counts of formal searchable felony probation, is a sex registrant current on his required registration and had two prior Driving Under the Influence convictions. Assault

The victim revealed five separate documented incidents of domestic abuse at the hands of the subject and that the subject had recently rented a room to hide the victim from the District Attorney’s Office to avoid several pending domestic violence cases.
