I live in South San Jose where I have experienced seeing wildlife such as deer, turkeys, and boars at cross roads or in open spaces. This made me think of a possible opportunity for residents to get involved in understanding the wildlife that frequent “our space.” I advocate for a citizen science project where ordinary people can get involved and contribute to scientific research.
