As an Engineering Director and parent of public elementary school girls in Santa Clara, I value opportunities to expose all of our children to STEM throughout their education. Over the past several years I have been fortunate to participate as a judge at the SCUSD Science Fair held at Wilcox High School. Jodi Muirhead, volunteer chair of the SCUSD Science Fair, has shown civic leadership to raise community funding, coordinate with the school district and collaborate with the local community to bring over 300 students, 40 judges and 50 volunteers to these fantastic events. Jodi Muirhead is a dedicated Santa Clara parent and engineering professional that would help bring a fresh sense of integrity to the Santa Clara Unified School District Board of Trustees.
