  • Charter Review Committee Listening Session: Mission Branch Library, Santa Clara. 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Provide input on whether the City Charter should be changed to adopt the six Council district plan and sequencing currently in place for electing City Council Members by district or to examine if there is community support for some other configuration for electing councilmembers by district.
