2018 Election Local Candidates Forums

Santa Clara City Council, Mayoral and City Clerk Candidates Forums

Three Santa Clara candidate forums are planned for the November election, two will be held by the City and one by the Old Quad Residents Association.

The City-hosted forums will be held at City Council Chambers (1500 Warburton Ave. Santa Clara) and conducted by the League of Women Voters.

On Oct. 11, 2018 voters will hear from mayoral candidates at 6:30 p.m. and City Clerk candidates at 7:45 p.m. On Oct. 17, 2018 voters will hear from Council District 2 candidates at 6:30 p.m. and Council District 3 candidates at 7:45 p.m.

The Old Quad Residents Association-hosted forum will be held on Sept. 20, 2018 at American Legion Post 419, 958 Homestead Rd. in Santa Clara at 7 p.m. Voters will hear from Mayoral and City Clerk candidates.

 

Sunnyvale City Council Candidates Forums 

Three will be two City Council forums for candidates for Council Seats 1,2 and 3 — one hosted the League of Women Voters and the second by Livable Sunnyvale.

The LWV-hosted forum will be held on Oct. 17, 2018 at Sunnyvale City Council Chambers 456 W Olive Ave., Sunnyvale. candidatequestions@lwvcs.org

Livable Sunnyvale’s candidate forum will focus on housing and transportation and will be held on Sept. 27, 2018 at 7 p.m. at Sunnyvale Elks Lodge 375 N Pastoria Av., Sunnyvale

 

Campbell Union High School Candidates Forum

The League of Women Voters will host a forum for the candidates for three seats on the Campbell Union High School District Board of Trustees on Sept. 17, 2018 at 7 p.m. in

Campbell City Hall Council Chambers, 70 North First Street, Campbell
