Santa Clara’s Capistrano Drive neighborhood participated in its 14th consecutive National Night Out on Aug. 5. With more than 150 kids and adults participating, residents had the honor of meeting Fire Chief William Kelly and Fireman Yabin Dong, who attended with his mother Zhuging Huang. Members from the Santa Clara Fire Department and Santa Clara Police Department were on hand to get to know the neighbors.
