A year ago, right now, I would be in my parent’s car, on my way to school. In 6 hours or more, I’d be sitting in the same car, driving back home. Then, I really did not have much time to reflect on my day or life. At the prospect of school opening up soon, I’m writing to urge everyone to make good use of the extra time we have now. Whether it is making a small effort to say hello to our neighbors or being grateful for the essential workers in the grocery stores, it will be time well spent.
