Responding to the July 5th article regarding “Affordable Rental Housing Opportunity In Sunnyvale,” I am curious about what other steps this city is taking to improve access residents have to affordable housing. In the U.S., especially in the Bay Area, housing is not only expensive, but also limited. The MidPen Housing lottery is an example that the city should continue to follow, but two apartments won’t solve the problem. Much more needs to be done.
