How do I find out who subsidized and paid for the mailer outlining litigation between the 49ers and Santa Clara city? It was an odd mailer that didn’t refer to a specific proposition or candidate in the upcoming election. Basically that the city of Santa Clara has never sued the 49ers. I’m not a 49er fan but it was definitely anti-49er. Are my taxes being used for this by the city of Santa Clara? Thanks.
