I am currently a high school student with an expanding interest towards journalism. Getting experience in working with people in this field and learning those communication skills with people in person and with those reading the newspaper is absolutely essential to learn, especially as a young adult. Along with keeping up with current events, I enjoy standing up for what I believe in, such as women’s rights, something I would enjoy writing about.
