The time has come. Women deserve equal pay for performing the same work as men. At this time men are paid an average of 21% more for doing the same work as women.
Laws were passed in 1963 that started the movement to reimburse women for their real value in the work place and provide equal pay. Today, we need our leaders in government, business and professional positions to promote and enforce the concept “equal pay for equal work”. Women are still waiting.
