The official Super Bowl LX procurement program, Super Bowl LX Source, kicked off last month in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Bay Area Host Committee (BAHC), San Francisco 49ers and NFL announced last month.
The program offers opportunities for local and diverse businesses across production and professional services, according to a BAHC press release. These include professional development; brand/marketing workshops; networking with the NFL, 49ers, partners and staff; and to pursue contracts related to Super Bowl LX at Levi’s Stadium on February 8, 2026.
The BAHC is looking for a full range of event production and professional services, including: audio/visual, catering, florals, transportation, engineering and web/app development and other services. Businesses selected for the program will be profiled in a member directory for Super Bowl LX, which NFL primary contractors and event producers will use to identify local suppliers to fulfill their Super Bowl LX subcontracting needs at Levi’s Stadium or in the surrounding area.
To be eligible for Super Bowl LX Source, qualifying businesses must:
- Provide a product or service requested by the Super Bowl LX procurement program;
- Be the direct source of the goods and services proposed in their bid;
- Be diverse under federal guidelines — at least 51% owned and operated by a veteran, minority, woman, person with disabilities or LGBTQ+;
- Show proof of at least one certification from an approved national or local organization (businesses do not need their certification completed at the time of application to the program);
- Be in good standing and eligible to do business within the state of California.
Qualifying businesses can visit www.superbowl60suppliers.com to register for Super Bowl LX Source to receive program updates and notifications for when the application opens. Once the application is open, selected participants will be notified in March 2025 and the program’s member directory will be available from April 2025 through February 2026.
Information sessions will be offered before the application deadline for interested businesses. Visit www.superbowl60suppliers.com for more details or send questions to info@bayareahostcommittee.com.
