On April 5, 49ers EDU hosted the entire 49ers STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) Leadership Institute (SLI) cohort of students for career day, where 240 Cabrillo Middle School and Santa Clara High School SLI students learned about the importance of STEM disciplines in careers in sports. Students chose the topics.
