The Jan Lieberman Concert Series- Sunday, November 13th, 2 – 3pm: Join the library for an afternoon of melodies you might know from classic films played by the Ettinger family starring Steve Ettinger, founder and current president of the Montrey County composers forum. Comedy and Magic Night Fundraiser for Blue Star Moms at Rooster T. Feathers Comedy Club, Sunnyvale, November 15th, 8pm – 10pm: Bay Area magician Phil Ackerly has put together and will emcee a program of magic and comedy to raise funds for the South Bay Blue Star Moms to ship holiday care packages to the troops. The lineup includes comedian Jeff Applebaum, mind-tricks entertainer Jay Alexander and Pier 39’s sword- and knife-swallower Lynx Kim.
