I have known Kyle Madej for more than ten years, and I met him the way so many lasting partnerships in this valley begin—on a Little League field. When I served as President of Moreland Little League, Kyle was already the rare volunteer who does not simply show up; he finishes the work and leaves the program stronger than he found it. Over more than a decade I have watched him lead, coach, and treat neighboring leagues as partners rather than rivals. Kyle, his wife Monica, their two boys, and their extended family are among the most selfless people I know. I am proud to call them family friends, and I would do anything to help them.

Kyle operates on one premise: Say, Do. He says what he will do, and then he does it. That simple standard is exactly the approach we need on the Santa Clara City Council—and in every form of government in 2026. I know in my heart that Kyle will make a real difference as the representative for District 3. In everything I have seen him take on, he consistently exceeds expectations. I hope he continues down this path of public service, because communities are better when people like Kyle are the ones making the decisions.

District 3 will be more than fortunate to have him.
