The Humiliating Customer Service Experience in the Bay Area – Letter to the Editor

Our family has been having a continual struggle with Waterworks Aquatics in San Jose regarding make up classes. Over the course of 12 months our paid and make up classes keep disappearing. I was speaking with the Regional Customer Relations Manager, Alicia Valdez about the matter for the umpteenth time and while we were talking, I began shaking and was barely able to stand due to hunger and the continual frustration of dealing with her over this matter…it has been a month! Alicia agreed that we could set up an appointment to go through the matter, but then insisted that I log in to our family swimming online portal then and there. I told I needed to go because I had to get home to feed my family…but she kept insisting that I log in right there and then. I eventually had to kneel down because I was so weak.
