We now hear that Kathy Watanabe, the hater of everything 49er, is now demanding to evaluate public record act requests. How interesting it is when people like Lenin, Mao, and Watanabe want to decide for the masses what they should know and when they should know it. The actual preamble of the act is that the public has the right to know what the government knows at all times. What is it that Watanabe wants to keep hidden? It is government of the people, not of the Watanabe, for the Debi Davis, and by the ONeill.

The developer, Lamb Partners (Randy Lamb – Atherton Planning Commissioner) started to purchase the two single family homes along Monroe, 906 Monroe St. and 930 Monroe St. in Feb 2019 and Sep 2019 respectively. Santa Clara is the ONLY city in the entire State of California to have an elected Chief of Police. I contend that Santa Clarans don’t actually have a choice in selecting their Chief of Police. The current Chief of Police, Pat Nikolai, ran unopposed in his last two elections March 2020 and November 2020. Mike
