We now hear that Kathy Watanabe, the hater of everything 49er, is now demanding to evaluate public record act requests. How interesting it is when people like Lenin, Mao, and Watanabe want to decide for the masses what they should know and when they should know it. The actual preamble of the act is that the public has the right to know what the government knows at all times. What is it that Watanabe wants to keep hidden?
