I watched the Mayor at noon today, Friday October 2. I am not sure what I expected but it was not a 30-minute advertisement for a local restaurant. At the end of the presentation Mr Firorillo reminded us that police and fire personnel in uniform would receive a 40% discount on their meals.
Why are we now allowing employees to accept gratuities? Where does this corrupt behavior stop? This is absolutely unacceptable. Then having the Mayor repeat and endorse this policy…I am very disappointed and upset with this policy.
