Despite the current crisis the entire world is facing, I’m extremely grateful that people in our community are working together to create a safe living environment. It’s so easy to get caught up in negative news, but it’s important to take a step back and appreciate the clerks at grocery stores, nurses at hospitals, and mailmen in the neighborhood.
I hope that by reflecting and acknowledging the sacrifices that these people are making, community members will remain vigilant and continue to social distance.
