Having thought about it, I think what these professional athletes are doing is both thoughtful and courageous. Both Dr. King and Gandhi urged noncooperatiin as a method to make it clear that oppression and racism must end, so these athletes need to be encouraged. We can all put our salted peanuts away and realize these players want the killing to end. We need to tell the NFL and businesses like Republic Urban, colleges like SCU, to act to end racist actions or no cooperation. It is about life and liberty so I will take a knee to salute them and call out people for not treating people like people. Time for us all to pay attention and support these efforts.

The developer, Lamb Partners (Randy Lamb – Atherton Planning Commissioner) started to purchase the two single family homes along Monroe, 906 Monroe St. and 930 Monroe St. in Feb 2019 and Sep 2019 respectively. Santa Clara is the ONLY city in the entire State of California to have an elected Chief of Police. I contend that Santa Clarans don’t actually have a choice in selecting their Chief of Police.
