Stabbing at In-N-Out on Mission College Blvd.

Santa Clara police have arrested a man from Tracy in connection with a double stabbing at the In-N-Out Burger located at 3001 Mission College Blvd. near the AMC 20 Mercado theater. Police arrived at the fast food restaurant around 11:12 p.m. on the night of Friday, Aug. 25 after a report of a large fight. Investigators say at least 10 people were involved in the fight.

The Santa Clara Police Department (SCPD) reports that officers detained several of the people involved and determined that “two individuals sustained multiple stab wounds” according to the news release. Both of the people stabbed were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

One of the people detained by officers was Gage Anthony Bryand. After looking at surveillance footage, investigators determined that 27-year-old Bryand was the man who stabbed the two victims.

Bryand now faces charges of attempted murder, and resisting arrest/obstructing an officer.
