The Tutoring Center Draws Families to Santa Clara Town Centre

The Tutoring Center, 2098 El Camino Real in Santa Clara Town Centre, celebrated its grand opening with an official Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting and a pizza party Nov. 13.

“We’re rapidly growing,” says Dana Reyes, the enthusiastic franchise owner and center director. “We opened our doors to nine children on Aug. 25, and now in just two and a half months we have more than 30 children.”

“There is no greater joy or satisfaction than doing this tutorial center,” says Reyes. “I believe God called me to do this for a reason–a way of giving back to the community and making a difference in the lives of children.”

The center provides a free diagnostic assessment of a child’s academic skills followed by a system of personalized, one-on-one instruction in reading, math and writing called the Rotational Approach to Learning, which was developed by the founder of The Tutoring Center franchises. It has programs to help students who are behind level as well as those at or above level who want to excel.

Reyes pointed to a poster listing The Tutoring Center values of integrity, quality, enthusiasm, service, and teamwork. “They align with my own values,” she says. For information, call 408-816-7825 or visit www.tutoringcenter.com.
